We play well with others. We're either hired directly by consultancies for their clients, or we work directly with organisations and then transfer the program to the consultancy - many of whom are our clients, so we know they're brilliant at what they do.

If that's not enough, we have a strict confidentiality agreement for all of our facilitators, or we're happy to work within a similar agreement written by your organisation.

Facilitation

We perform a simple and straight-forward role: we facilitate. If you've had a good facilitator, you know meetings are better balanced, organised, thoughtful and productive. If you've had a bad facilitator, you've probably wished afterward that you hired us.
