Purpose
Communicating effectively to critical audiences is one of the core capabilities of successful management, both inside and outside the organisation.
There are more and more avenues available every day to communicate messages to intended audiences, but in nearly every instance, effective communications depends upon the individual's skills and capabilities. The development of their 'voice' – one that's clear, forceful, motivating, credible and compelling – is essential. For that reason alone, the process should not be left to chance.
We assist with communications training in the follow ways:
- Assessing and creating learning and development plans based on business performance metrics, or by auditing personnel for specific communications skills
- Developing training briefs to determine what you want to accomplish or achieve through training
- Developing curricula for internal training, including post-workshop evaluations or ongoing needs
- Coaching or mentoring individuals in a private environment on discrete skills or follow-up evaluation
- Facilitating or leading specific workshops inside the workplace, or to facilitate a workshop at an appropriate external location
