Psychometric Testing and Communications

We use psychometric testing as a foundation to help people become better communicators, whether it's Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (personality types, based on the theory of Carl Jung), Team Management Systems® (personal and team performance in the workplace), or Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument® (conflict management assessment).

We also use Four Sight (an innovation assessment), Learning Styles Indicator (understanding people's learning style) and Communications Style Flexing (an assessment of how people communicate).
