  We help people acquire all types of communications skills to meet new job demands or assignments, or enhance existing skills with new methodologies through interactive lectures and workshop simulations. • Creative Thinking (What idea are you trying to communicate, or to implement?)
  We lead brainstorms and blue-sky workshops to develop ideas, such as tactics, names, slogans, themes, concepts or messages. We train organisation to be more innovative, establish a culture of creativity, or lead mini-workshops to stimulate creativity during conferences or off-sites.

• Facilitation: Strategic Planning, New Business or Message Development (What are you trying to do? What are you trying to say?)
  We facilitate strategic planning workshops to develop an organisation’s vision/mission/values; identify objectives (business or communications), opportunities to leverage, issues to address; understand perceptions of target audiences, including traditional and social media; and create action plans, issues management programs, or crisis communications plans. We use the Strategic Priorities of the Six Questions Methodology®.
  We also assist with developing new business plans for agencies, as well as creating events for conferences, off-sites, meetings and workshops.
